Its not that I don't think they DESERVE one, its that I don't think they deserve one MORE than the Palestinians. Israel causes more geopolitical ME headaches than its worth being an ally. I think that Israel commits human rights violations against Palestinians and has displaced a people that has lived there for over a thousand years. Don't get me wrong, I don't support the PLO or Hammas at all either. I just think Israel should be the bigger person and stop settlements and realize that its existence has no more right than a Palestinian state or a bi-national cooperative. I have nothing against Jewish people, just some of Israel's policies and human rights violations. And our nation's involvement with Israel.
Just out of curiousity, you seem like an alright guy, so why do you think the Jews do not deserve a state of their own?
