It is surprising that it is so hard for so many to see the reality of race/intelligence, etc. Time, place and circumstances are major contributors. A very few of the very above average of any/all races/cultures escape that. The rest are pretty well chained to it. And the largest links in the chains are forged by fear of an "uknown other." As for mixes and cross-cultural "pollenation" ~~~ in nature, all humans have no problem, and the progeny procreate just fine. Among other animals, as in mules and ligers, for example, nature prevents. In humans the genetics and "parts" are actually quite standardised. Culture and race wars are politics, pure and simple.

I am strickly an armchair economist and know it.

I can ALREADY see the problems that my plan would create, too.

No social system is perfect.

And no system, however intelligently devised, cannot be flummoxed if the people in charge of it become corrupted by the power we vest in their hands.

The breakdown of our current banking system is at least in part, more a prblem of power corrupting than of a flaw in the basic idea of the system.

Well that and it rewards a class of people whose only real claim to that power is a system which rewards them far beyond their value to the society at large.
