You Knew Who Trump Was When You Endorsed Him, Republican Leaders

...and Democrats knew who 'Sick Willy' and the lying, sexual-predator-enabling, perjuring, terrorist-aiding criminal Hillary was before they rigged the primaries to ensure she won.

I predict a $40 trillion debt when Hillary leaves office, if we don't have Kaine serve out her term.

One of the first things she will do is spend $1 trillion to "save" Obamacare or $5 trillion and go socialized medicine.

We need single-payer. I hope Hillary can get it done. We need to get away from greedy insurance companies.

We DIDN'T need single payer until Barry pushed the lineral agenda and completely destroyed the existing health care system.

As soon as the ACA was passed Reid told a reporter the ACA was MEANT to fail so libs could institute single payer, giving libs/govt controll of people's mefical care while stripping them of 'choice' / control.

The very F*s who un-Constitutionally exempt themselves from laws / the ACA will controll everyone else's health care choices.

This is one of the reasons that DC needs a colonic.

Dems are looking to transform the electorate to support their ideology and also transfer wealth from the middle class to the poor. They are actually using the taxpayer money against their own interests. It's disgusting.

What is remarkable is tgat Liberals are yrying to repeat the mistakes of Socialist Europe, attempting to turn the US into a form of government that has already been tried and that has failed.

Those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it...and it is the American people and this nation who will suffer the most.

The prediction was right - the US will never be conquered...it will be destroyed from within. Way to go, Barry.

You will never live down what you’ve done.

You knew. You all knew. You knew the whole time who and what Donald Trump is.

Mike Pence. Paul Ryan. Mitch McConnell. Ted Cruz. Chris Christie. Newt Gingrich. Orrin Hatch. John McCain. Marco Rubio. Virtually all of you.

You heard every terrible thing he said. You watched every inexcusable thing he did. You knew Trump is a race-baiting, xenophobic, misogynistic, authoritarian con man. You knew about his insatiable appetite for power, his bottomless need for affirmation, his dangerous impulsiveness and uncontrollable temper. You knew he was a huckster who ruined businesses and lives. You knew he debased your party, and you personally. You knew.

You knew he waged a racist campaign against the president’s legitimacy. You knew hecalled immigrants rapists. You knew he advocated forbidding Muslims from American soil. You knew he said a federal judge wasn’t qualified because Mexican blood flowed through his veins. You knew he besmirched the parents of a dead soldier. You knew hemocked prisoners of war. You knew he courted white supremacists. You knew headmires dictators. You knew he incited violence. You knew he lies ― blatantly, shamelessly, ceaselessly.

You knew all of that, and you asked Americans to elect him president anyway. Shame on you. You knew.

Your condemnations are and have always been empty. Your sudden rush to abandonTrump ― after what’s merely the most recently uncovered manifestation of his hatred for women ― is motivated by the same venal cowardice that led you to support him in the first place.

You knew Hillary Clinton isn’t the monstrous caricature you spent decades depicting. You knew she is ― like each and every one of you ― an ordinary politician, in all the ways that word has positive and negative connotations. You knew she would govern in a perfectly normal way.

You knew this, but you told voters she was more dangerous than Trump. More evil. A greater threat to the republic. And this, after so many of you spent the presidentialprimary campaign warning the U.S. that Trump is exactly who he appears to be. But you fell in line. You knew, and you endorsed him anyway.

You did all of this in service of ideology. You did this because you believe Trump will enact the policies you favor to allow businesses to pump more pollution into our air and water, to take away food and medicine from the neediest among us, to disenfranchise minority voters, to slash taxes for the rich.

Your voters elevated Trump nearly to the White House, and he may yet make it there, in spite of everything. They did so because you have primed them for Trump for more than half a century. Half a century of barely concealed appeals to racism, of fomenting fear and hatred and coaxing the worst instincts out of enough voters to gain power. Years of nurturing ― on AM radio and cable TV and the internet ― a propaganda machine that encourages ignorance, mistrust and anger.

You have lost control of the golem you created.

You made promises you knew you couldn’t keep, and your voters finally lost faith in you. Now, they’re turning on you.

They follow a man who doesn’t even share your beliefs. You’re learning just how little those voters cared about conservatism and how very much they cared about stomping their boots on the throats of people who don’t look like them or love like them or think like them. You made this possible by making villains out of African-Americans, Latinos, LGBTQ people, the poor.

When this is all over, you may win your own re-elections. You may retain control of Congress and of governors mansions, state legislatures, county councils and school boards all across the nation. You may sigh in relief that you survived. You may even ― and not terribly long from now ― regain the presidency and resume carrying out your agenda. Your own careers may be successful.

But history will condemn you. History won’t forget your callowness. Because you knew.

You Knew Who Trump Was When You Endorsed Him, Republican Leaders

Amen! Yes, they all knew. They may have destroyed the Republican Party.
There have certainly been some second thoughts although a bit late. The following Republicans have withdraw endorsements today:
Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona
Sen. John Thune, R-South Dakota
Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio
Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz
Alabama Rep. Martha Roby
Alabama Rep. Bradley Byrne
Missouri Rep. Ann Wagner
Illinois Rep. Rodney Davis
Nevada Rep. Cresent Hardy
Nevada Rep. Joe Heck
New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte
Idaho Sen. Mike Crapo
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert
Former presidential candidate and Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman

Calls to wait and see has held back other withdrawal of endorsements waiting to see the result of the next debate.

The RNC is considering cutting off the money to Trump and sending to Senate canidates but that also is on hold till Monday.

Time for Americans / Conservatives to cut off the money abd votes to the GOP and start a new / real Conservative Party.

The Republicans who refuse to support the GOP candidate, handing Hillary a victory, will personally be tesponsible for the Liberal USSC Justices Hillary selects and the loss/stripping if American Rights and Freedoms.

They, therefore, should be targeted by Conservatives to be kicked / voted out of office.

Very True-- it doesn't matter that they are now withdrawing support, they should have known NEVER to have endorsed him. The ones who didn't will be the new hero's of the Republican party, the ones that did, well let's just say their political careers are over.

Add to that list Ted Cruz & Carly Fiorina--they endorsed him and now Carly Fiorina has un endorsed him.

However, I do not remember Marco Rubio endorsing Trump? Do you have a separate link for that, we are keeping a list.

Although cowardly Rubio has danced around endorsing Trump - yes he did endorse him.

Marco Rubio on his "worrisome" endorsement of Donald Trump

There is nothing wrong with endorsing him.

Why would you not.....

He's a jerk.

Let's all hope it does destroy the party. Now we need to work on also destroying the Democratic Party. All of DC is corrupt as hell.

Are you a deranged anarchist - or just deranged?

It's strange that all you can do is hide under the skirts of other people's writings.

Then he's done too. What's happened here is the 54% of the Republican party that didn't vote for Trump (moderates/Reaganites) are finally PISSED off. I am seeing it everywhere, and heads are going to roll after this. There's actually people making a list of names.

It's not only going to be politicians that endorsed this Chimpanzee--but all the reich wing talk show hosts that have promoted him. So you have Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Sara Palin, Mike Huckabee, Laura Ingram, Bill O'reilly, Michael Savage all the way down the line.

In fact, it will be interesting if FOX NEWS even survives this:

"Fox News, meanwhile, has given Donald Trump the level of positive coverage that money could never (legally) buy, and as a result, they’ve dropped in the ratings. It’s no coincidence that as Trump enablers and outright supporters have focused more and more on Trump, their level of appeal has dropped. They don’t have the diversity of panelists CNN has managed to grab, and they don’t have hosts who allow both sides to speak freely.

What’s more, the rising star of Fox News, Megyn Kelly, was fast becoming the most popular personality, and then Donald Trump not only insulted her, but the network on multiple occasions met with Trump to try to work things out and get him to come back on the air. If Kelly decided not to remain with Fox News when her contract is up, Fox News would fall even further – and they would deserve it.

The quality of coverage is key, and Fox News is not providing it. What they have failed to realize is that Donald Trump is but a blip in the ratings. What people will perceive of you when he has come and gone is what will decide your fate. And, if the numbers continue to fall, you can pretty much guess what life is going to be like for them after Trump has gone."
But WHY is CNN crushing Fox News in the ratings? | RedState
