Proposition 47 (Prop 47) was a California ballot measure passed in 2014. She was Attorney General at the time . The law reclassified some non-violent felonies as misdemeanors. This includes some property crimes where the value does not exceed $950, and some simple drug possession offenses.
Prop 47 also created the new crime of shoplifting. Shoplifting is defined as entering a business during regular business hours with the intent to commit larceny. The value of the property taken cannot exceed $950.

Well. Much like that DA down in Fulton County, Harris is yet another example of the offspring/next generation (literally) of the communist Black Panther Party who are empowering themselves and trying to enforce their philosophies/worldviews by infltrating governmental infrastructure.

Once the golden goose has been attained, it's just good strategy on their parts to plant the seeds of destruction in society which obviously initiates a public response that, if everything goes according to strategy, ultimately leads right back to them where they commence to implementing their prescribed solution.
