Yes, well . . . I know that sticks into the craw of a lot of people, that terrorists might be unfairly called cowards when they give their own lives. Anyone who attacks children instead of soldiers risks that label though. They would have much more respect if they had flown their paragliders into an Israeli Defense Force base instead of a rave.

I don't know if they are being paid for their upkeep. They are being supplied or funded for their weaponry though, but that alone doesn't even qualify them as mercenaries.

Their leaders are profiting from their continued fighting which is being funded, just as Hamas is being funded.
