Not entirely true. While tolerance for spouse abuse has decreased with women's rights since the old days of pro sports, the other felonies, etc., were not nearly as rampant as they are now. That's because today the NFL and black-dominated sports have to deal with the segregationist, fatherless culture that black culture brings with it. You want to stop the criminal trend you either stop hiring the criminals or, better yet, address the social issues that create the criminals. Fatherlessness and the black racism that obfuscates that.
