Obviously many democrats think so by the way they are lining up behind her and pushing her to run.

It is kind of ironic really that the Clintons were done in by a black man when Bill more or less built his entire career on the backs of blacks.

Bill was even reduced to being referred to as a 'waycist' by the obama camp and I had a good laugh watching him in his angry red face mode denying he was a waycist....hillarious.

Unfortunately for Hillary she is now too old to make good Presidential material...she will be a rather strong contender for awhile...but she will be forced to drop out when people see she does not have the real following needed.

Actually it would be good for the Republicans if she were able to get nominated....she has so many skeletons in her closet that could be used against her...she would be easy pickings for the Republicans.

But sadly for her....her time is over....she missed out. She and Bill should get them a little place in the country where Hillary will be able to keep Bill on the straight and narrow...reportedly there is a new scandal brewing involving Bill and some underage girls...not sure if there is any truth to it...but where Bill is concerned...it cannot be discounted.

Analysis: would Hillary Clinton have made a better president than Barack Obama? - Telegraph

Anyhow...it will be interesting to see who comes up with the absolute worst candidate....the democrats or the republicans....one thing for sure...neither one of them will be worth a damn.

She would have been better for the Republicans because the race card is more powerful than the gender card. She would not have gotten away with wiping her ass with the Constitution the way the Kenyan has.

She would have been a better President IMO.

I think in her younger days before she became so radicalized she would have been a good President...maybe even an excellent one...but like many she is now to old and has way tooooo much baggage. She should have divorced bill when was still just a governor and struck out on her own.

Hillary is one of those people when just on the cusp of victory someone steals her thunder and she is left alone like a bride abandoned at the altar. I feel sorry for her actually...from a decent family and once even a supporter of Barry Goldwater....then she went to liberal colleges became brainwashed and married a devious fellow who has no credibility and brings shame to his wife....pathetic.

I don't think so. Both Hillary and Obama are owned by corporate and financial interests so at the bottom line we can expect pretty much the same kind of deceptive maneuvering from either of them.

Hillary Clinton as President will be a continuation of the machine politics which is effectively transforming our democracy into a plutocracy. The damage inflicted on our Nation since Ronald Reagan commenced destruction of the middle class has been so extensive any hope of recovery depends on a radical change in America's political atmosphere.

Yes.

But maybe Obama was the better choice in the long run, assuming we survive his tenure.

Why?

Hillary would have gone down the same Progressive road to oblivion as Obama but we'd have been less aware of it because she'd probably been less drastic, less foreign in her attitudes and demeanor.

Yes she, like Obama, is an avowed Alinskyite. But she'd have been a better POTUS than Obama. But make no mistake about it, she is just as committed to a Progressive vision as Obama is.

And what's the matter with Progressives?

American political history is defined by three great crises. The first crisis was the American Revolution, which was declared on July 4, 1776 but whose roots can be traced back at least to 1763. That period of crisis ended with the election of Thomas Jefferson as president in what has become known as the “Revolution of 1800.”

The second crisis was the crisis over slavery that culminated in the Civil War. While the Founders had opposed slavery in principle, but had been forced to compromise with the institution in practice for the sake of the Union, the rise of the “positive good” school of slavery in the South marked a turn away from the Founders’ principles, and their practice. In response, Abraham Lincoln explained and defended the Founder’s approach.

The third great crisis, which continues today, is the challenge of Progressivism, a movement founded by Woodrow Wilson, Theodore Roosevelt, and others.

The Progressives rejected the Founders’ principles, including their notions of a fixed human nature and inalienable natural rights.

Instead, they believed in a human nature that evolved and changed, which in turn justified their efforts to break down separation of powers in order to expand the size and scope of government far beyond the Founders’ intent.

In order to understand fully the previous crises, and to be able to respond well to the current crisis, we must understand the causes of America.

America has four causes—a material cause: primarily the land and the people; an efficient cause: the Founding Founders who led the Revolution in the name of the American people; a formal cause: the Constitution, especially the structure of government it establishes; and a final cause: the principles of free government outlined in the Declaration of Independence.

With this background, we can answer the question: Was the American Founding revolutionary or conservative? In fact it was both: It sought to conserve the oldest and highest law, which according to the Declaration of Independence is “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.” The Founders compared the natural law to the conventional law under which they lived, and—as described so eloquently and succinctly in the Declaration of Independence—determined that a revolution was justified in the name of this higher law.
