When Germany tells other NATO members that we may no longer be a "reliable" ally simply because President Trump points out that they haven't lived up to the agreements that they signed to spend a certain percentage of their GDP on defense...it's rather amusing. I guess to Europe we're only "reliable" when we're paying the lion's share of NATO's costs!
