How many threads do we need, on this forum, on the subject of how ugly tattoos make otherwise attractive women look?

I recognize this image as the main character from a TV show called Blindspot. I watched the entire run of the show, and found it very intriguing, but I have to say that the main character was a prime example of a woman who would have looked attractive, if she hadn't been trashed by so much ugly graffiti.

Mercifully, the tattoos were all temporary makeup, and the actress, Jamie Alexander, without them, is actually quiet beautiful.
