This girl was more fucked up than a soup sandwich. Even her family came forward and said she didn't auto eject over the video. She had a history of mental problems. She estranged herself from her entire family before shooting herself in the head. The worst part? Even after head shooting herself she didn't die right away. She stumbled around her apartment for some time before finally succumbing to her injury, and wasn't found for a long time. The apartment looked like something out of a horror film once the land lord showed up demanding rent...

Anybody have any idea, how this story bubbled to the top, since the beach incident was 2022 and her death (supposedly by suicide but possibly a violent murder as reported by 4 that knew her) was on March 3, 2023? I am not sure what this has to do with social media.

That is the definition of legal authority.
No government has any authority of its own at all.
The only source of legal authority comes from when government is borrowing the delegated authority from those it is defending.
By definition, if it hurts no one, it is NOT a crime at all.
You can harm others by what you make them see.

Laundering money facilitates the illegal source of the money being laundered.

But there is no such thing as "illicit drug usage".
The drug laws have no legal authority, since they do not defend, but just arbitrarily proscribe.
