In a continuing trend You Tube nutters are trying to be more outrageous and even more dangerous to get viewers. Some stunts are just flat stupid. Take this case.

Minnesota woman charged with fatally shooting boyfriend in failed YouTube video stunt

I don't think Monalisa Perez should be found guilty. It was stupid. It was dangerous. And it was done with the consent of the person who was shot. Assumed risk. The dead guy did some study. He shot a book and the bullet did not go through. He assumed it was reasonably safe. He assumed and he is dead.

Should Perez have said no? Yes. But then someone else would have stepped up if he was determined. Or he would have shot himself. There is no shortage of idiots with guns trying to take themselves out of the gene pool.

But this is not new. Stupid people doing stupid things with guns is a timeless tradition. The difference between the idiot and the hero is often s minor calculation difference.

Second Chance Body Armor was a genius. He lived and proved and got rich.

This fellow with his friends is an idiot.

That's why I don't think anyone should be charged. We've rewarded too many in the past for the same stupid tendency.

FB should have pulled her page as soon as the incident made the news.

Kill her 'glory'
