I'm no computer nerd so this problem drove me crazy for months now.

I contacted the MS website and got nothing except to download a program to tell me I had no software problems in my PC. :eusa_whistle:

I went to the HP site and found that to be a waste of time. :eusa_whistle:

I did Google and Bing searches and came up with zip!!! :eusa_whistle:

Then -

I was trying to open a new folder in a sub-folder!!!

Such as - Reference/California/Father Serra - then a new one.

Went back to trying the main folder such as Documents. Create the new file and then simply move it to where I need it.

So, if anyone else is having this problem - hopes this helps.

At first I was thinking WTF you talking about.
I don't think I've ever used Explorer to navigate a computer.

Anyhow- my laptop randomly freezes. Sometimes once a week, sometimes 4 times a day.
What's a mother to do ? :dunno:

What operating system are you using? I mean, what version of Windows?
