I have a feeling that Roberts is itching to restrict the government's authority in this area, just as he did regarding the Commerce Clause in the Obamacare decision. All he needs is Kennedy, and poof! Even AA's most ardent supporters know they have been skating on thin legal ice for the last 50 years, with little or no progress to show for this temporary "remedy."
