What a shame that we are such a disaster that people are actually looking to Russia for the truth. And of course the word will go out that Snowden is a traitor, it's all Russia's fault, It's always someone else's fault. I care a lot less about the source than I do the validity of what is being uncovered. It's just a shame we have to trust an outside intelligence because we can't trust our own.

The part played by Wikileaks in the Edward Snowden saga is an important one. The pivotal role of Julian Assange and other leading members of Wikileaks in getting Snowden from Hawaii to Moscow, from NSA employment to FSB protection, in the late spring of 2013 is a matter of record.

I'm not so sure aanymore. In response to why Wikileaks hasn't dug up anything on Trump yet, Assange responded by saying he thinks Trump makes himself look worse than Wikileaks could ever hope to.
