If someone commits a crime against America, according to Obama, they can be tried here. Hand him over.

Why haven't the British arrested him yet? They know exactly where he is. The reason is that he likely cut a deal. The worst of these leaks will probably never see the light of day. Could you imagine this guy standing trial in our public courts? How much more embarrassing & damaging info would come out for this White House if he were allowed to stand trial here? It just ain't gonna happen folks. The deals have been cut. He will not be charged with Espionage. Bet on that.
