Why should politicians allow ‘birthright citizenship’ and the 14th to remain as is? Do Americans or does America benefit from birthright citizenship?

America has been a beacon to the world. MAGA morons are trying to snuff the beacon out.
That FEELZ soooooo good to say doesn’t it?
America is a “beacon” to those who can be assets for Americans….we have far too many liabilities.

Were American taxpayers spoon feeding / funding the Irish and Chinese? Were American taxpayers FORCED to pay for education and healthcare for the Irish and Chinese? Were the Irish and Chinese maiming, raping and murdering real Americans at an off the charts rate? Were the Irish and Chinese over-flowing our jails and prisons? We’re they destroying every community, city and state they inhabited?
Do you see the clear difference between immigrants of old and Mexicans?
Why do you love parasites / cockroaches?

Unkotare
rightwinger
I know that most of the immigrants today are superior to most MAGAs.

Hahaha…sad. First you backwards and twisted pukes can’t define “woman” and now you can’t define “superior”.

Voting numbers? You will get your asses kicked like you have seven of the last eight national elections.

And the MAGA liabilities are dying out in even greater numbers than before. "Give some of that there Covid. Hoo boy, natural immunity. I feel funny." Thump.

Are you bragging about the number of needy, desperate bottom feeding parasites from Mexico that you’ve recruited whom carry your party?
OR
Are you bragging about the number of retarded woke weirdos who vote solely on social issues that you’ve manufactured?

This cowardly LOSER ^^^^^^ thinks every immigrant, legal or illegal to the US is "Mexican." Yes, he's really this ^^^^^ stupid.

I know when the 14 Amendment was written you Bingo. The very existence of the Amendment process is all the evidence you need the Founders believed government should change with the will of enough people. Now, I personally don't give a shit what those backwards slavers thought, but apparently you do, so suck it up and eat it bitch. This is the legacy they left you with.
Then you would know that the 14th Amendment was written SPECIFICALLY to address the rights of newly freed slaves and their children. The 14th has been twisted and warped into giving citizenship to the offspring of migrants who cheat their way into the country. Obviously not the purpose of what the 14th was intended to remedy.

Did our founders intend to screw Americans? Why would they frame an Amendment in such a way? Isn’t the 14th and the birthright citizenship clause the only clause and Amendment that does screw Americans?
Boy is your op title a loser. Government shouldn’t allow anything. The people are supposed to be in charge. Boy do you love yourself some authoritarian ideals

And yet the first unsuccessful challenge to birthright citizenship came in 1898 and it questioned the citizenship of an American born man of Chinese immigrant parents, Wong Kim Ark. The Supreme Court ended up upholding his American citizenship. This issue was decided over a hundred years ago you dumb bigots. If you want to show everyone how backwards you are, please, try again. 😄

That's interesting history. Maybe the Supreme Court of 1898 made a good call for THAT case 125 years ago. It's doubtful they would have come to the same conclusion faced with MILLIONS of illegals pouring into the country. Just like our "asylum" law, the 14th Amendment has been twisted and warped from their original intent.
