Why should politicians allow ‘birthright citizenship’ and the 14th to remain as is? Do Americans or does America benefit from birthright citizenship?

Did our founders intend to screw Americans? Why would they frame an Amendment in such a way? Isn’t the 14th and the birthright citizenship clause the only clause and Amendment that does screw Americans?
Jesus Christ you're fucking stupid. The Founders didn't write the 14th Amendment you dumb fucking hick. Read a damn book for fucks sake. Any book.

Hahaha…every single Amendment and clause and every single law and piece of legislation derives from the Constitution….don’t worry, you imported trash wouldn’t know that.

I know when the 14 Amendment was written you Bingo. The very existence of the Amendment process is all the evidence you need the Founders believed government should change with the will of enough people. Now, I personally don't give a shit what those backwards slavers thought, but apparently you do, so suck it up and eat it bitch. This is the legacy they left you with.

The 14th Amendment birthright citizenship was designed to protect freed slaves.
It was not designed to give citizenship to the offspring of people who violated our immigration laws.
The Russians and Chinese make anchor babies, who can bring in their "family" (spy?) members.
We need an amendment/law that only a US citizen can make a US citizen, repeal the 14th.
The 14th Amendment is now a problem, not a solution.

Were you born in the US?
Then you have birthright citizenship.
Ready to surrender your citizenship and go through the naturalization process?
Ready to surrender any clearances you might have?
Surrender your passport?
Surrender your driver's license?

Goose and gander

They don't have to make a new law or amendment.
They just have to apply and enforce the 14th amendment as it was designed to do.
It was written for freed slaves, not for the corrupt and racist Democrat Party's illegal alien invaders.

Those who wrote the 14th amendment were not fools. They were legal experts who understood the meaning of words.

If they intended it to only apply to slaves, they would have said so.

So we could amend the Constitution and deport the entire left into exile on a faraway continent, there's hope!

When the 14th was written the US was growing and wanted new citizens.
The writers could not envision America's enemies flying in pregnanent women to drop anchor and make a US citizen, and then use that baby's citizenship to gain entry for America's enemies.

Give me your tired, your poor huddled masses yearning to breathe free

There's no hope you get an amendment passed. Not even with all the randomness built into the fabric of the universe. 😄

They lacked the foresight and you lack the will and that's history folks. You lose.
