Either we keep sending all these foreign countries, especially those that don't like us / don't help us, billions of dollars in foreign aid to help them make their nation better (only to have their people continue to leave in droves for the United States) and we STOP allowing their citizens to keep coming to the US in such great numbers.....

OR we keep allowing citizens of these other nations to keep coming here in such great numbers and we use all that 'foreign aid' money (that was intended for those countries) right here in the US to take care of their citizens who have come here...
