Do you have any idea how fast a nuclear weapon detonates and explodes? It's measures in milliseconds. When the Iranians do develop the weapons they seek, and when the first one is used against some country like Israel or the U.S., you won't know about it the "minute after they did it". You most likely won't even know what happened.
