Comon guys. Congresses and presidents for the last 40 years have created this. The same congressmen and women that talk talk talk about finding a way out are the same ones that let this happen, IN BOTH PARTIES. But it is also the bosses job to make sure things happen.

Time to vote out all incumbents. That's the only way they will actually cut spending enough to get us out of the mess. 2% a year is nothing, and should do it.
