Liberals usually embrace freedom of choice in personal matters, but tend to support significant government control of the economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net" to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations, defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action to promote equality, and tolerate diverse lifestyles.

"Liberal" is misnomer. This is what would be called a "Social Democrat" everywhere else in the world.

Eh, either way the test was too short. There was no nuance to it. I'm a Social Democrat in the pragmatic sense; I'll always be a Libertarian Socialist at heart though.

Thats the trouble with all these test, Rabbi.

They load them up with buzz phases that are meaningless.

You are MORE than a label.

All of us are.

But if they can get us to label ourselves, they can get us to hate other people who are labeled.

People are way more complex, their views of the world way more subtle than the political claptrap they're feeding us.

Labeling other people is a grand way of stopping us from thinking about REAL issues.

Repeal laws prohibiting adult possession and use of drugs.

Pot? Sure go ahead, make that legal. Coke? While not legal, sure go ahead and decriminalize it for the end user (not the same as making it legal). Pills? Same as coke. Meth, herion, etc? Man, there's a reason we need to keep that shit off the streets as much as possible.
