I do not want to work for people with such screwed up priorities that they would hire people based on the fact that they are a woman, a minority or a homosexual.

I was never able to find the white male owned business book in my office, I assumed it should have been next to the Minority vendor book that one had to go through in order to do business. And, if you couldnt find what you needed from a minority vendor, and you had to go through a non minority compliant company, you had to show 3 requests for bids from minority vendors that were turned down because they did not supply the product or service, or you ended up doing a half a ton of paper work to explain why you used that certain vendor.
If you were a company that supplied a service or a product to the government you had to prove that you were in compliance with the EEOC, minority standards for business. This means that Mom and Pop whitey couldn't even sell you pencils for the office if Mr Blackwells business supplied pencils too. Even if Mom and Pop whitey were selling their pencils for.05 cent a piece and Mr Blackwell was selling the exact same pencil for $1.05 a piece.
Wonder why the governments debt is so high.
