Whatever happened to students respecting authority?

Our constitution isn't better than any other. Most of the European countries have better constitutions that don't include stupidity like the Electoral College, the Second Amendment and the Senate.
Yet here you are...

“In August, the boy was told to cut his hair and the following month his mother asked for an exemption because of his Native American heritage and spiritual beliefs,“

The mother gave the school an out to do the right thing.
Instead, the Principal gave a “Rules are rules” response

Now, the ACLU will give them Hell

We all agree our schools need to have rules, right? So now we have some kid in Kansas who doesn't want to follow the rules. It gets worse when the parents don't respect the authorities at the school. America sure has gone down hill.

---In a letter sent Friday to school officials with the Girard Unified School District in Girard, Kansas, and the R.V. Haderlein Elementary School, the ACLU demanded the school rescind its hair policy.---

Not only should schools have "acceptable" hair policies, all schools should mandate school uniforms to promote unity, which in turn reduces friction. At the same time, public schools need to remove any instructors that even hint of being pro-Marxism, as it promotes sedition against the government.

Dude, did you never hear of student problems from every generation of students?

This simply cannot be overvalued haircut. If it is, how stupid. Insane. But I'm not surprised.
