go ahead , require the near dead to be doctor approved . Concerning the Trump though . Well death or incapacity is the reason why there is a VP plus there is backup if both the Pres and VP both go down . Requiring health reports is just another way for fiddlers to mess around with an election. Who is ever healthy enough ??
