Why do they have to spend money seeking donations when they charge the victims of services (or at least the whore that carried them in there) and get all sorts of money from the government?

Desperation my friend. And (((Soros))). Yes you might wonder about the millions of dollars you see Planned Barrenhood spending on ads. But the payoff is even greater. Its a small expense compared to the real return which is (1) a guaranteed spigot of money from the Federal government but more importantly (2) the power of a veto in the Federal government.
And they feel that slipping away as Trump drains the swamp. They will throw ANY amount of money, and they have almost unlimited funds, to keep the power the have.
The thought of one less abortion torments them.
