These successes have only come since we've began to move away from the slavery era ... Jim Crow laws were very specifically design to keep the Black Man down, and in poverty ... and this continues today with a few police officers still targeting people of color as a criminal element ...

The DNA evidence is crystal clear, humans have NO biological races ... these divisions are strictly social ... and skin-color is the cheapest way to divide us up ... capitalism at it's finest ...
 
To answer the thread title, "racial justice" is a false narrative pushed by Democrats and the Woke elite to enrage minorities and keep the people divided. Rev Al Sharpton's "NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!!!" is a perfect example.
I prefer lame social construct. ;)

If the OP wants to talk ethnic justice then he has to be narrowing things down a bit and really let his prejudices shine.

Men tend to be more successful than women because men are more motivated to succeed. This is because women prefer successful men, but men do not prefer successful women. We prefer younger women. Whites tend to be more successful than Negroes because we tend to be more intelligent.

There is plenty of scientific evidence that what you say is not true. Nothing closes the race gap because it is caused genetically.

That was just an example because the person who started this thread showed a video of one female captain who seemed like she got triggered. In other words, suggesting that only white men should be pilots.

The problem is, we have way too many crazy stories about white male pilots like Andreas Lubitz

On 24 March 2015, the Airbus A320-200 jetliner crashed around 100 kilometres (62 mi) northwest of Nice, in the French Alps, killing all 144 passengers and 6 crew member. This crash was a murder-suicide planned and acted out by 27-year old co-pilot Andreas Lubitz.

OMG, I just realized that a lot of plane crashes may have been murder suicides but the airlines will never tell us that if they don't have to.

So if all the most qualified air controllers, for example, are Martians, so be it.

And if certain groups cannot get certain jobs because they do badly on exams, then so be it.

Not entirely. Men achieve higher levels of success, on average, because many women drop out of the work force entirely after they have children, often for several years, and many then return on a part-time basis for another few years.

I recall reading that the average woman at age 25 has a higher salary than men at age 25, before motherhood impacted their trajectory.

The funny thing is, we do tend to group up. At Quicken Loans, they hired this Iranian girl and she only hires arabic people to work for her crew.

And when blacks become hiring managers, they'll start hiring more blacks. Not because they are the most qualified but because that's who the hiring manager can see themselves working with every day for the next 10 plus years.

The same way white male hiring managers tended to hire white men for the job. Not because they're the most qualified or have the most merit.

All we want to see is corporate America needs to be as diverse as America is. Too many white males for you to suggest they all got hired because of merit.
