The man knows whether he got hacked or not. If he did indeed get hacked, then he likely knows what they got. They potentially got anything that was there to be had prior to the first email's release.

This drip, drip, drip and cherry-picking release of his emails is a distraction. Why doesn't the man just release them all himself? That way, there're no more surprises. Plus it puts the burden on Wikileaks to figure out what's been released that they didn't get/disclose. That should keep them busy for a week or so.

And how does Julian Assange upload more emails when the Ecuadorians took away his internet access?

Actually, no. I meant with regard to his reticence to "put to bed" the hack of his email account. Truly, all the man had to do was preempt the releases, and the sensational nature of the Wiki-hack would have been permanently squelched.

Podesta's a criminal. He no doubt hopes they didn't get everything. Assange is way smarter than the shrilary camp so had contingency's in place.
