Yes, you don't spend a million dollars to create a pothole that can be repaired in a day. They destroyed the aircraft. The mission wasn't to take out the enire Syrian Air Force, we're not at war with Syria. Of course they would fly in new aircraft to show off they still have military capabilities. How the fuck did he put them on notice? No military troops were killed or even injured, the runway was left intact, and the bunkers containing the chemical weapons were left alone as well. Syria STILL has their chemical weapons, they still have the airbase and it is still operational. The only thing he did was take out a couple of airplanes, which Russia would be happy to replace because they sold them to Syria in the first place.

Wasn't at any intel briefings. I watched the post attack footage on places like VICE News (great news source by the way, just the facts, no opinions), and the BBC, where they showed what the results of the missile strike was.
