What Comes Next After The United States?

As Washington was the "one indispensable man," the U.S. is the one indispensable nation. The less its leaders and its citizens believe that, the more it is proven to be true, as the world situation deteriorates. Yet many Americans are experiencing a crisis of faith, deeper and more sinister than the "malaise" with which Jimmy Carter said we were afflicted in the late 1970s. Truth be told, the United States has been in the midst of a "Cold Culture War" for several decades. That war is essentially over. The progressives won. In 1993, Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-N.Y.) coined the phrase "defining deviancy down" to describe the redefining of deviancy to exempt conduct previously stigmatized and brand behavior previously considered abnormal and abhorrent as normal and mainstream. (He was vehemently against this practice). Can anyone imagine a Democrat saying such a thing today? Shortly thereafter came the "trickle-down immorality" of the Clinton years. In more recent times, marriage has been redefined, with homosexuality approved and celebrated and the LGBTQIIA+ community holding public "PRIDE!" parades all over the fruited plain, and men who claim to be women have won the "right" to excrete or compete in any bathroom, locker room, or venue their transgendered hearts desire.
The Left never gives in, never tires, never wavers, always presses on. The Ten Commandments are banned from public spaces. Conservatives are prevented from speaking on college campuses or shouted down if they are "allowed" to speak. Those wearing "MAGA" hats are the targets of bullying and violence. Statues of Civil War figures and former presidents are removed as statues of Baphomet are unveiled. Christianity is boldly mocked in movies, on television, and by "entertainers" and academics. Anti-Semitism is on the rise.
It is increasingly clear that what we are witnessing in many respects is simply a battle of good versus evil. The "final battle"? I don't pretend to know. But the alliance of Russia and Iran, the rapid rise in anti-Semitism, the raising of man above God, the obliteration of sexes, and the disdain for life are not signs of the Age of Aquarius.
Sadly, Dr. Franklin, it does not appear that we will be able to keep the republic you and your contemporaries bequeathed to us after all. Thanks for trying.

Eric Utter has written an excellent essay cataloging where we are today in the United States. None of this is new to those with an IQ above 90, but it is especially distressing to see it all laid out clearly in one article. As we all know, it is not a pretty picture and makes most of us extremely sad.
The author does not, however, address the cornerstone question "What comes next after the United States?" He simply concludes "Sadly, Dr. Franklin, it does not appear that we will be able to keep the republic you and your contemporaries bequeathed to us after all. Thanks for trying."
We have raised two or three extremely "tolerant" generations that accept anything. It's doubtful that that toothpaste is going back into the tube.
Great empires fall, and are replaced by other great empires, or by Dark Ages of isolation, insecurity and relative poverty. The question is whether we will be repeating the mistakes of the past?
When the Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrats effectively disenfranchise the Right, they will attack each other for not being WOKE enough. Tyranny will be their only mitigating factor, which is exactly where the "revolution" leads. Those millions who followed Vladimir Lenin into a Marxist Socialist Russia were exterminated by Josef Stalin. Bath House Barry's close friend William (Bill) Ayers estimated that 25 million Americans would have to be exterminated in a "Holocaust" in the total takeover of the United States.
Unless there is a Great Renaissance of Patriotism, common sense and moral bounds - Trump is the last breath traditional America takes. BH Barry's "Fundamental Transformation of America will have to fail in a glorious manner, and even then it'll be too late. The PMS/DSA Left is waiting for what remains of the Baby Boomers to die off, so the "WOKE" generation can take the helm. A Democrat-Socialist president, majority control of Congress, 6 to 3 Supreme Court by 2030. What are fantasies today will be reality; abolish the Constitution, ICE, the electoral college, mandate carbon taxes, NHS style healthcare system, etc...with all the unintended consequences that come with it, requiring even more govt control to fix it.

The Dark Ages came after the fall of Rome. There will be another Dark Ages after the United States. It will be deeper and darker than anything that has ever gone before.

This time I doubt if there will be any organizations keeping the seeds of human knowledge alive. Knowledge itself is antiethical to the liberals engineering the collapse.

That is a sobering and probably very accurate summation where were are today. With the engineering of voter population shifts in Texas and Arizona, the last bastion of Conservative America will be the Supreme Court. President Trump may well have come too late, but he is the last chance to push back against the Progressive tide that rises a little each day.

America will be fine as long as we have the wisdom to not let fear guide our actions.

If only would reality work like children's book. Just feel the love in your heart and the invaders will disappear. Leftist physics... didn't you say you were educated? I don't remember bullshit slogans based on nothing at all being part of my education.

It's not going to be darker than ever, but it'll be bad.

The first dark age was after the bronze era, and that's what this is more akin to. It's not going to be "After the USA," but rather "After Globalization." There were about 4 major players in the Bronze era: Mycenaeans (Greece), Hittites (Turkey), Mesopotamians (Iraq - Levant), and the Egyptians. It was called the Bronze era, because that was the blood of their existence, much like oil is ours. However, bronze is made from tin and copper, and none of these civilizations had both, so they relied on each other for trade to make it. Well, the sea peoples came and fucked up their trade, razed their cities, and the greatest civilizations of the world crumbled. There were no records for YEARS, which is why I say it's not going to be darker than ever. I'm sure we'll still have some semblance of what's going to happen after. Until humanity gets back on its feet.
EDIT:
Our whole civilization is dependent on globalization. If trade is disrupted and chaos is brought up, much like the sea peoples did -- game over.

---
Besides, all civilizations end up dying eventually. It's just what happens. Probably God's way of keeping humans in check? Or maybe just punishing the decadent? Civilizations start right-wing, focusing on military strength and prowess in order for success. Then they end up indulging in luxuries and become liberal and complacent. Then more right-wing poor people show up and attack, taking over, and it all happens again.

Etrucians became lazy and the Romans rebelled. Through bloodshed, they expanded significantly, conquering more and more. Eventually they became lazy, liberal, and indulged in luxuries. It was split and the more liberal of the two, was taken over by several Germanic tribes. Eastern Romans were still lazy liberal fucks, though. They kept losing more and more land, even losing their capital to the Catholics for a little while. Even after getting it back, they didn't consider it enough of a warning that they should stop being liberal lazy bitches, and the Turks eventually came in and finished the job.

China's stayed for as long as it has because it's been feudal attacking itself for so fucking long that it never got a chance to be lazy before. You get lazy and the neighboring warlord is going to shove a guandao up your ass. Furthermore, up until recently, it's STILL been chopped full of starving, suffering peasants, with few ever getting into indulging in luxuries. I mean, even in the 70's they were still brainwashing kids with the little red book and then grabbing one child from every home to work on the peasant farms. Seems like China might finally have an end, too.

Congratulations. You have just won my stupidest post of the year award!

Letting fear guide your actions is HOW you survive! If you're afraid someone is going to hurt you, and you shot him in the face. You're alive, and he's dead. Whether he was a threat or not-- You've survived, and he didn't. Maybe if he acted on fear, he would have survived instead, but he didn't.

Fear is how one survives. Ask the deers who get scared versus the deers that don't run from humans. Which ones get mounted on walls, I wonder.

With what Trump and his Russian friends are doing to this country, it won't be long before we find out.

At this point, secession would be the best option. Unfortunately, that won't happen. Our freedoms will continue to be stripped away and the people will cheer and willingly go along.

It looks like Civil War is in the horizon.

In other words "you can trust us!"

No we can't, douchebag. You are the problem. Your kind needs to be eradicated, or enlightened civilization is doomed. It's only a matter of time until we start burning heretics.

american thinker is a right wing think tank.

They can be counted on to lie, miisinform and prevaricate from reality and truth.

just like trump.

just like conservatives.

Fear almost always guides people's actions. There are not many people out there who can put their emotions in check and make a logical decision beyond them. It's a flaw in the human condition.

You left the Minoans out of your analysis, but otherwise I agree.
