The rights and freedoms of the citizens of the country inside are guaranteed by the constitution and law enforcement agencies of the country. In the US, this is also backed up by the 2nd Amendment.

Accordingly, there is a legal and physical guarantee.

Similarly, in the international space there are rights and their guarantors.

There is a fundamental international right of peoples to self-determination.
Its formal guarantee is the Monroe Doctrine, and its physical guarantee is the Great US Army.

For this reason, there are 2 fundamental unshakable things of the world:

1) Monroe Doctrine

2) The presence of the American Army in all parts of the world and their absolute dominance.

I exercise my right to self-determination by owning dogs, drinking alcohol and conversing with bat shit crazy fuckers on the internet.

This is your individual right within the country, it is protected by mechanisms within the country.
And here we are talking about international collective rights.
