No it doesnt. If you broke my leg today, a million years from now it would still be your fault that my leg was broken.Fault doesnt change because of time.America was built on slavery and has never shaken off the shame.People who were repressed until the 70s will take some time to achieve anything like equity. Particularly when they face racism every day.It might be a century before a black child is born in America who gets a fair shake.
The record of western european countries is even worse.
The British Empire systematically raped,murdered and robbed black people everywhere they found them for several hundred years.
Check out the map of Africa and marvel at all those straight lines that separate the countries. Colonialists have sewn the seeds of pretty much every conflict going on in todays world..
