And all of you who claim Fox isn't fair can suck it.

The way he acts in this interview is alarming. It's almost as though he feels that he is entitled to get softball questions. It's the same way he has conducted his campaign. Like the nomination is his by default.

He would be a formidable opponent to Obama. Newt seems pretty confused lately and although he might be just a perfectly nice man, he would be scary as president. He just doesn't have the ability to think on his feet anymore. Too slow, too confused and too archaic to go up against Obama.

Debates would look like Nixon/Kennedy all over again. Newt would be sweating and talking about everything but what Americans care about. Obama would be cool and bring new ideas for jobs and domestic growth.

Too bad he won't bring those "new ideas" for jobs out today.

Maybe Newt will bring some ideas that will move the country forward like the contract with America again. Him an his obstructionist friends already in the House.

You should be more nervous about them.

Gramps.......

FOX isn't fair. The network has chosen it's candidate.............and it ain't Romney. Did you catch the Hannity/Gingrich interview in SC? You would think they were at the softball hall of fame.

The way things are going, the Republicans might as well nominate Obama and save us the bother of an election.

Ive said I would vote for the ham sandwich to express anybody but Obama.

However this is one guy that gives me pause. The pen for a write in is on stand by.

Yeah Newt always does badly in debates. obama would walk all over him and he can bring his teleprompters too!

Let's nominate him and see what happens.

Are we talking about the same president and Newt Gingrich? I believe you have it backwards.

This is hilarious!

If Obama brought out any ideas at all for jobs and growth, it would be a first.

Newt would destroy Obama in any debate about any subject.

My priorities for this election:

1. In the primaries, it's "anyone but Romney"

2. In the general it's "anyone but Obama".

Your priorities appear to be self defeating...

IMO Mitt is the only one who could actually beat Obama.

Being someone who generally votes Republican, I agree with you. No way would I vote for him.

What warped glasses have you been watching things through? Haven't you noticed that most right wing pundits are saying that Newt is one of the few that actually could go toe to toe with Obama in a debate. Mitt on the other hand is god awful? He is the quintessential panderer who will say and adopt whatever position he has to for whatever audience he is in front of to convince them to elect him.

In other words, obama with better hair.
