Then I read the homepage and said "even though i like some of their values the group doesn't represent me or my opinions enough to back them up"

Anytime I see text written with long paragraphs without breaks and no formatting to help the reader to easily focus and understand what is written...I realize that the writing is a stream of consciousness and likely is a delusion that I would not understand anyway, unless I shared the delusion.
