Randy Weaver was an ordinary guy and an Army Green Beret Vet when the ATF tried to turn him into a federal informant. An FBI sniper was given the O.K. to shoot civilians on sight and Weaver's wife was shot in the face while she was holding a 18 month old child in her arms. The sniper was indicted by an Idaho grand jury for manslaughter but the indictment was quietly dismissed.
