Violent criminal jailed for possessing 3D printed gun, and political hit list.

I want laws FORCING YOU to be licensed (legally, by law enforcement or military)
and TRAINED (legally, by law enforcement or military) in the care use and handling of guns.
Nope.

Sorry, bitch. You get NOTHING!!!

:laughing0301:

I want you to have a license to vote, because you are clearly a communist fuck.

It’s not about being pro-gun or defending Second Amendment case law.

It’s about rightwing dullards who refuse to accept that case law, the fact that the Second Amendment is subject to limitations by government, and that insurrectionist dogma is as ridiculous as it is wrong.

In this case conservatives’ wrongheaded notion background checks don’t work.

If murder were a right, you would have a point
Sorry, anyone owning any gun they like is not a right. So I do have a point, and you do not. Try again...?

And..oops! You forgot to address my second point.
Correct.

The Second Amendment right isn’t unlimited – it’s not a right to possess any type of weapon one wishes, such as a 3-D printed gun.

And laws prohibiting convicted felons from possessing firearms is likewise Constitutional.

Doesn't this prove that gun control does not work? Make a law and they will find a way to get around it.
Do homicides prove homicide control does not work? Make a law and murderers will find a way to get around it.

I guess we should legalize murder then...

The huge difference is that gun control regulates the law abiding citizen.

Mark

GUN CONTROL

and the law abiding citizen SHOULD be regulated.

I want every person owning a gun in the USA to be LICENSED and TRAINED. I don't want morons running around loose with guns going off.
<Deep breath>.... SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!!!!!!! <Spittle splattering>

Doesn't this prove that gun control does not work?
No, and what a stupid thing to say. Do murders prove murder laws don't work? Damn you gun nuts take leave of your senses the moment the topic arises.

He was arrested for a gun he is not supposed to have, before he could harm anyone. Uh, hey Einstein...that's gun control WORKING.

No that,s criminal control working. Guns are inanimate objects.

No , just don't be so naive as to believe as law will stop anyone from committing a crime

They should make the guy fire the gun because it will probably blow up in his hands

The "pro gun crowd" defends the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Are you saying you don't believe in the United States Constitution?

Where did they mention 3D printed guns in the constitution?

None of our rights are absolute. This guy is a criminal and lost that right. .

Where did you get the idea that no rights are absolute? Under no circumstances can you be forced or required to testify against yourself. Your Fifth Amendment Right against self incrimination is absolute. That is but one example of course.

In fact, the main problem with this nation, IMO of course, is that we don’t hold the rights to be absolute in every possible situation. We are always arguing that this or that doesn’t apply, and when the courts agree, we lose a lot more than that.

I could cite examples, but that wouldn’t demonstrate anything to you, your mind is made up. You are one of those folks who thinks that Americans would be better off without the Constitution, and the rights it enshrined. I am the other side. I believe we are greatest, when we are defending those rights without many if any exceptions. All of them. I would have argued that the Police denied the suspect his rights when he requested a Lawyer Dog, understanding it was slang, but he clearly said lawyer. The Supreme Court, in an asinine move, found that this wasn’t an actual request, agreeing with the idiot Attorney General that there are no Lawyer Canines. Pfui.

Sure...it proves that no laws work because they will find a way to get around them.

The best way to prevent crimes is to put those who are willing to commit crimes away and make the experience so horrible that even the thought of committing another crime is eliminated

The story shows the pointlessness of the Far Left Jihad against guns.

3D printing is growing every day, people will be able to print their own guns really soon. They won't need to buy a weapon from a gun dealer.

You can’t stop a criminal who is intent on doing something wrong. It has nothing to do with the other people who are law abiding citizens. Guns can be fabricated by a 3d printer, or made out of simple things sold at any hardware store. Prisoners are locked down in some of the tightest secured prisons, and manage to fabricate some very lethal weapons. Law enforcement can’t be all seeing and knowing, and everywhere all the time.

Don't be so stupid as to believe that because some people violate a law means we should repeal it.

I never said laws should be repealed because some people do not comply with them
