Hey paperboy, I am curious - what is your opinion about Joe, and what do you think of the plumbers union coming out against McCain?

My opinion about Joe is that he hit the lottery.

My opinion about unions is that they always support Democrats.

My opinion about Obama is he is going to bring back "Welfare as we use to know it" by giving people who don't pay taxes money and calling it a "tax cut".

If Joe hit the lottery does that say anything about his ideas?

Joe is obviously a symbol just as Obama is.

I'll bet I could interview 100 people at an Obama rally and 95 wouldn't know specifics about his policies other than bumper sticker type answers. Ditto for most McCain supporters.

You and I and others on this board have a somewhat working knowledge of the issues and positions which most don't.
