I question the OP's motive, and his information. Although I think one must keep an open mind because so many of yesterday's 'conspiracies' have turned out to be actually true.

Anyway, As I have mentioned previously, I live out away from town. I like to say I'm at the end of a cul de sac off the south road to nowhere. Anyway, I live pretty close to nature.
I told you that to tell you this:
Something has been different with the insects here for the past three growing seasons.
I have moths, for example, that look a lot like an India silk moth, that took over two agricultural plots last year. Never saw that kind of moth, or had any crops attacked in the previous 8 years in the same location.
I have stocked up on bt floats for all my water tanks, but I don't think these moths hatched in the ground. Only found eggs on the leaves.
Anyway, today it sounds like outlandish bullshit that we dropped infected insects on Cuba. But in light of the crazy world we have come to inhabit, I just hope it still sounds outlandish next year.
