As usual, both US and UN have welcomed the matrix agreement between Sudan and South Sudan. The international welcome was not cautious, on the contrary, the international community hoped that the matrix will diffuse tension between the two neighbors and encourage them to go ahead.

We wonder how the international community has pretended to be impartially to resolve the Sudanese-South Sudanese differences although it has been siding with the latter in all cases whether it is oppressor or oppressed.

We enquire is the role of the international community confined to welcome signed agreements only without ensuring the success of the deal. The international community especially US has knows who has been obstructing the agreement since its signing on September 27, 2012 and how negatively that will lead to.

However, neither UN nor US has lashed out against the destructive party which harbors the rebel movements to work against Khartoum.

The late report by UN arm embargo experts committee about the armed movements that South Sudan harbors is sufficient and convincing for the international community to hold Juba responsible fore destabilizing the situations in South Kordofan and Darfur.

But the crucial question is there any connection between the outcomes of the reports and the breakthrough in Addis Ababa negotiation?

The report has put Washington and its allies in the Security in critical position, so Washington has hurried to encourage the two sides to sign the matrix agreement to cover South Sudans violation of international law and detract the attention from the report.

More specifically, Washington has tried to end the differences and overstep the impasse and violation disclosed by the UN am embargo committee.
