Absolutely!!!

I know guys who were stationed in Korea and Japan with stories of unbelievable bias against black GIs. And mix-raced children in Asia are treated worse than stray dogs.
Even Germany is racists towards blacks.

When I was in Germany in 78-80, about a quarter of the German beer halls/bars were off limits to US soldiers because of their discrimination. But they also discriminated against white Americans as I discovered one day after a Volksmarch, I stopped in to this diner/bar and there were people all round drinking beer, but the bartender told me that they didn't sell beer or soda.

I was really pissed, but smiled and walked out. Can you imagine getting that shit EVERY DAY?
