Well obviously it's not popular for a politician in Poland or Romania to be openly pro-Russian, but some are obviously subservient to Russia, even if not open about it.Well Putin is always putting pressure on the Baltics. Poland and Romania much less so because there are less Russians in these places. Where there are lots of Russians, he can play these games much better.
And they got plenty of those guys in their intelligence services too that really work for Russia.
Not only that, both countries are slowly straying from democracy and the EU. Hungary has gone even farther than those two.
