the Union machine gets their politicians to shoot down a bill that would have made it easier to fire teachers in the LAUSchoolDistrict

we're not talking about traffic tickets, we're talking about major crimes such as child molestation.

it takes the LAUSD and average of 2 to 8 years to fire a teacher for misconduct and an average of $300,000.
in one case the LAUSD paid a teacher 1.5 million to fire him/her.

the law which would have made it easier to fire teachers was out voted.

parents complain the LAUSD id doing more to protect their buddies then protecting children.

Would you favor a law making it easier to fire YOU? And how do we know you didn't just make all that crap up?

Like certain partisans who still protect US war criminals?

Even inveterate warriors might not want that.

Of course, the partisans are perhaps incapable of thinking that a war criminal could be American.

'True believers' have limited imaginations.
