Graham, who sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said there needs to be more than threats coming from the White House, and called President Barack Obama “weak and indecisive” on matters of foreign policy.

"No. 1, stop going on television and trying to threaten thugs and dictators - it is not your strong suit. Every time the President goes on national television and threatens Putin or someone like Putin, everybody’s eyes roll, including mine,” Graham said.

Democrats are notoriously terrible at foreign affairs. Obama is no exception. It has to do with their ideology.

It has to do with how they were mentally 'hard-wired' at the factory.

All Libs are subject to the same types of issues. The factory would issue a recall notice but you can't do that with people.

No offense Sunshine but every time the Senator from SC speaks a kitten dies. He's full retard, dangerous, and despicable. But yes, Barry is weak and stupid and his foreign policy exploits have a good example of why a puppet should never be sent to do a president's job.

Ever noticed that every time something big goes down, Obama is nowhere in sight?

Well, you could, but the factory would not take kindly to being pregnant again after being un pregnant, if you get my drift. It would be like trying to shove butter up a wildcat's ass.

that isn't CNN's "opinion" that's the hack lindsey graham's opinion… cause you know, you have to be as obama deranged as possible if you're being primaried by the wing nuts.

Obama got Osama Bin Laden.

Bill O'Rielly said he wouldn't - "you won't send ground troops into Pakistan."

^^^ Prof positive that the right has, is and will continue to get their asses kicked by the black man in the WH.

Obama did not start another war to do it - he said he wouldn't. This is the age of the internet and his plain was laid out and recorded for posterity. It's still there, in all of the archives.

He did it, he did it the way he said he was going to do it and he did it just a few years in.

Oh, the Somali pirates -

Obama administration ends Somali pirate standoff with lethal force
By Joe Kishore
13 April 2009
US special operations forces carried out a commando operation Sunday against Somali pirates holding the captain of a US freight vessel. The captain, Richard Phillips, was freed and military sharpshooters killed three of the Somalis.
Piracy has become increasingly common in the waters off the coast of Somalia—in the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Aden—as the political and social situation in the country has deteriorated. However, this is the first hijacking involving a US-flagged vessel. Most of these incidents are resolved peacefully, and the ransom demanded by hostage-takers is seen by freight companies as a cost of doing business.
In this case, the hostage-taking was quickly transformed into a standoff between the pirates and the US military. As international media attention focused on the incident, the Obama administration saw it as an opportunity to reassert US military power and demonstrate Obama’s own willingness to make the “tough decision” to use lethal force....

Every inch of the way, though, Republicans are there to guide us through what REALLY happened! If we are to believe them, Obama was playing golf while all of this stuff went down! True story!

He did none of it, in fact, Obama mostly got in the way!

More victories -

President Obama's biggest move, of course, was naming Gen. David Petraeus commander in Afghanistan. The decision signaled Obama's determination to succeed in Afghanistan, despite the growing chorus of wise men counseling, as our wise men always seem to do, a rapid retreat. Those in the region who have been calculating on an American departure in July 2011, regardless of conditions on the ground, should think again. That date was never realistic, and the odds that Petraeus will counsel a premature withdrawal -- or be ordered to withdraw regardless of his assessment of the situation -- is infinitesimal.

The second success was the U.N. Security Council resolution on Iran. Yes, it was too mild, badly watered down by China and Russia. Yes, the administration oversold how much Russia acceded to American desires. But the administration did get a resolution, only a little later than planned, and passage kicked off additional sanctions by Europeans and others. Will this by itself stop Iran from getting a bomb? No. But it does increase the pressure on the Tehran regime, which may indirectly help those Iranians who dare to struggle for a new kind of government.

The administration's policy toward Japan hasn't been pretty, but it has worked. Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's resignation this month had to do with his mishandling of the dispute over the American base in Okinawa and his broader attempt to reorient Japanese foreign policy toward a middle course between the United States and China. The Obama administration was firm but engaged, and the result has been Japanese reaffirmation of its commitment to the U.S. alliance. This has more to do with Japan's fear of China than anything else, but the administration deserves credit for helping steer it in the right direction.

Ah, but Putan looks SO HOT when he goes fishing without his shirt!

... And quite unfortunately, we cannot get a refund for the untold damage to our economy AND our standing in the world that was irreparably damaged by Republicans who gambled - and lost on being the world's police.

Bill Clinton was a Republican? I had no idea.

I would agree about Clinton - I really don't think he holds up all that well as far as history and how he is remembered. Clinton's whole claim to fame was the economy, but a lot of people do not realize (certainly not at the time) that Clinton, along with house Republicans, voted to deregulate the financial institutions, which led to the housing bubble ... which almost destroyed civilization.

I know my Liberal friends are going to try and castrate me for saying that, but It's the truth.

That doesnt cover half of it.
Somalia
Serbia
Haiti
Clinton tried nation building all over the place. He benefitted from his predecessors, who won the Cold War and allowed him to cut defense spending (remember the Peace Divididend?). He benefitted from the internet explosion and dot com boom, which busted once he left office.

Any numbers of suspects have been implicated in the Housing Market Crisis.

Here's what Bill Clinton's book says:

In his 2011 book, Back to Work, former president Bill Clinton attributed the housing-market crisis of 2008 to the greed of banks that “were over-leveraged, with too many risky investments, especially in subprime mortgages and securities and derivatives that were spun out of them.”

In Clinton's calculus, “the crash occurred because there was too little government oversight of, and virtually no restraint on, risky loans without sufficient capital to back them up.” President Barack Obama, for his part, attributed the crisis to the “failed policies” of “the days when Wall Street,” unencumbered by government regulators, “played by its own rules.”

But in reality, the housing crisis was caused by too much government interference in the economy, and by government-mandated policies that actually prevented Wall Street from playing “by its own rules.”
