in the 90s we had a tech economy, 2000s was a consumer finance economy, now we have a government/health care/education economy, but what's next?

green will be part of it, but how many people do you need to work at a wind farm?

just trying to get a feel for where we're going, because the current dependence on government for jobs is no more sustainable than the mortgage bubble
