Sure the kids are American citizens. Their PARENTS are not. Finacial aid depends on the parents' situation.
If they are American citizens and residents of NJ it would be unconstitutional to deny them equal access.
This is crap.
It depends on their financial situation, not their legal situation. Children are not held responsible for the illegal actions of their parents. Denying financial aid to anchor babies, as you call them, would be just as illegal as denying it to young men and women who have parents in prison.
