MCALLEN, Texas—Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.
“This is not the CBP [Customs and Border Protection] or another federal agency renting or leasing an aircraft, these are the same planes that the American public uses for domestic travel,” said Garza. “This just adds insult to injury. Not only are we releasing unknown illegal aliens onto American streets, but we are allowing them to travel commercially using paperwork that could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer. The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth.”
Spokesman Garza continued, “We do not know who these people are, we often have to solely rely on who they say they are, where they say they came from, and the history they say they have. We know nothing about most of them, ICE releases them into the American public, and now they are boarding aircraft at will with a simple paper document that anyone can easily alter or reproduce themselves.”

Give them an inch and they'll take over your country.
Why have laws if nobody enforces them?
Impeach Obama and replace all the Democrats in the Senate with conservatives. Replace any Rino's also with conservatives in their run offs. I'm sick and tired of this shit.

Beyond that, the immigration status of relatives/adult sponsors the kids are being released to, IS NOT being checked!

Slightly different news but I consider the same topic.
The mother of a fallen Mesa police sergeant is writing President Barack Obama in hopes of changing immigration laws in the U.S.

Police said Mary Ann Mendoza's son, Sgt. Brandon Mendoza, was hit head-on by a driver who had been living in the country illegally for two decades.

Officials said for much of that time Raul Silva-Corona was wanted for charges including burglary, assault and leaving the scene of an accident. When he was finally captured in 2002, he took a plea deal and was allowed to stay in the United States. That's something Mendoza believes needs to change.

"There are just a lot of issues that have welled up inside of me and are festering now that I've had time to think clearly," said Mary Ann Mendoza.

At the forefront of her concerns are the president's policies on immigration.

"I don't think anyone who doesn't have a social security number and is here illegally who cannot obtain a driver's license should be allowed to register a vehicle anywhere in the United States and be able to drive it," said Mendoza.

or fly in a plane or to get in-state tuition though they shouldn't be able to get into college at all for that matter. Or collect welfare for their anchor babies.

GET THEM OUT!!!!!

Council of Foreign Relations:

"...individuals can enter without visas, and once inside the country, enjoy an almost complete lack of law enforcement. Somalia has long served as a passageway from Africa to the Middle East based on its coastal location on the Horn of Africa, just a boat ride away from Yemen. These aspects make Somalia a desirable haven for transnational terrorists, something Al-Qaeda has tried to capitalize on before, and is trying again now."

I think it's funny that the progressives maintain that Obama is in the dark about all this. That he's just being a good guy.

Yeah, he had no clue that by advertising the fact that we won't deport illegals, won't secure the borders, will allow family members of illegal children to skate on immigration status, will transport them around the country free of charge, won't check status of *family* members who pick up kids....he didn't know that would cause a *humanitarian crisis*.

He didn't know that bussing them and dumping them at greyhound stations was a dinner bell for the cartels, human traffickers and sex industry gaffers.

Nope, he was just trying to help some kids!

TSA is only concerned that the ID match the person; foreign IDs have always been accepted:eusa_whistle:

TSA regulations also require passengers to present a photo ID to the TSA agent before being allowed to enter the security checkpoint. Passengers are no longer required to present their IDs at the gate, but travelers on international flights might be asked to present their passports as they board since they will be required at the destination.

Acceptable IDs

Passengers over 17 are required to present a valid state- or federally-issued ID that displays a photo, name, date of birth, expiration date and gender. Each ID also must possess a tamper-resistant feature like a hologram or state seal. US passports, US passport cards, border crossing cards, driver's licenses, state-issued IDs and foreign government-issued passports are acceptable.

WTF do you mean how is this political, how is this not political. The TSA is a office of the Executive branch. They wouldn't let them use that form as ID unless someone in the white house told them to.

It appears that the TSA is bending the rules. I have a feeling that the order is coming from higher up within the DHS. We all know who the DHS chief reports to.

Not one TSA agent has quit, and backed this claim, all follow blindly. Now, this the 10th or 11th personal order Obama has given to thousands of government workers, and you buy that story?:doubt:

Yup.

But it's not political because...according to Peach..it's the TSA...

PFFFFTTTT!! hahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHA!

The TSA isn't political!

That's a good one.
