Were those statements made before or after Hans Blix and his team of weapons inspectors FAILED to find wmds in Iraq? One man and one man alone was responsible for the murder of 4,500 U.S. soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqis. Iraq didn`t have enough military to threaten their neighbors let alone the U.S.

Both of those statements were made before Hans Blix failed to find the needle in a haystack, but after UN Resolution 1441 determined that Iraq was in material breach of the ceasefire terms presented under the terms of Resolution 687.
