The Marshal Plan was effective in April, 1948, less than three years post WWII. It involved the support & rebuilding of at least 15 nations. Very few of those nations had expelled members of the respective populations that were desiring to return to their former place of residence.

In 1948 over 700,000 Palestinian Arab population were expelled by Jews from what became Israel. How many years has it been now???????????????????
