If you want to look at a liberal administration in terms of actual policy, not theater, you have to go all the way back to Nixon. The economic meltdown of 2007-08? Deregulation. Clinton by the way. And the folks who lobbied for it? They got bailed out via socialism for the aristocracy.

"Liberal" politicians? Get current, that was a different era. Lobbyist "think tanks" such as the Heritage Foundation, ALEC and others craft your legislation along with other corporate interests/lobbies. Like "obamacare" for example, hatched at the Heritage Foundation. Socialism for the aristocracy versus laissez faire capitalism for the masses

Our current incarnation of american capitalism is nothing but concentration and redistribution of wealth and power out of the commons/society/away from "the people", into the hands of a privileged few.
