Trump is turning to racism to mock Nikki Haley's Indian name. Experts say it could backfire.

Define racism

I suspect you have no clue
What a bitch response. You dumb fucking MAGAts have no clue. :lmao:

Calling someone a racist is like calling someone a piece of shit. It's an opinion. It's subjective. There's the definition of racism, which is treating other races as if they're inferior, and then there's people's opinions of whether or not you fit that definition. If people believe that you not taking the time to learn to correctly pronounce the foreign sounding name of your primary opponent or that suggesting she isn't a natural born American even though she was born here, is racist, then to them you're a racist. Waving around a dictionary is just you being a bitch at that point.

Trump is turning to racism to mock Nikki Haley's Indian name. Experts say it could backfire.

“Trump is no stranger to turning to racism and name calling against his political foes.”

“A 2021 study led by Aaron Dusso, associate professor of political science at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, showed that name-calling did nothing to impact a voter's perception of the insulted candidate.”

“Instead, the name-calling backfired and impacted how the respondents viewed the perpetrating candidate.”

“‘Whatever effect we found was all focused on the actual attacker,’ Dusso told BI in an interview.”

This may be true for other politicians, but not for trump and his devoted fans. Name-calling, bigoted and racial slurs, and his other hate-filled rhetoric are what most impress his supporters. His hate-speech has, in fact, liberated the devout trumpists from polite societal restrictions and has motivated their similar behavior since trump began his first presidential campaign in 2015.

Civil discourse is not anything trump wants and prefers to avoid such situations as in debates and news conferences. With his history of unconscionable behavior, trump’s cult members would lose confidence in their leader should he resort to civil discourse.

It’s an election year and democrats are calling the republican candidate racist.

I’m shocked!

Yes, it is worse under Biden than it was under Trump, but it was not good under Trump...thus my point. Trump did not do anything to make it better.

Aside from the fact that we were attacked by a Chinese biological weapon that a Democrat administration helped fund, how were we "not good" under Trump? Did Donald J. Trump do any of these things?

• Commercial Chapter 11 filings increased 68% in first half of 2023

• Grocery prices increased by 13.5% in only two years

• The price of electricity rose by 15.8% in only two years

• Americans paid $2,250 more in increased energy costs since Biden was elected

• Hefty tax increases on the lower and middle class

• Raised the tax burden on Americans making as little as $20,000/year.

• 84,000 new IRS agents arming and training to be home invaders

• Use of DOJ and FBI to harass political opponents

• A broken election system corrupt with fraud, sometimes taking months to count

• Wholesale mailing of ballots, ballot drop boxes, and illegal ballot harvesting

• Used a complicit media to lie, distort facts, and disseminate disinformation

• Conducting covert raids on American citizens and confiscating personal property

• Supply line disruptions, backorders, items out of stock or unavailable

• Massive backlog of cargo ships at US ports in 2022

• More COVID deaths than in 2020

• Vaccine mandates which caused deaths and debilitating health conditions

• Vaccine mandates which caused massive job losses for those who refused compliance

• Continued government funding for Planned Parenthood

• Eliminated Medicaid work requirements

• Increased food stamp giveaways by more than $1 billion a month, without Congress

• A whole generation of kids physically and psychologically damaged by prison-style lockdowns

• Subjecting young girls to creepy boys posing as "transgenders" in girl's locker rooms

• Stealing women's ability to fairly compete by allowing transgender males in women's sports

• Subjecting children to pornographic "Drag shows" and grooming them to be sex objects

• A weakened US military more concerned with "political correctness" than creating soldiers

• A weakened US military via destructive anti-white racism and transgender-promoting policies

• Record low enlistment numbers

• A revitalized Russian oil industry, despite US sanctions

• A war in Ukraine that has cost the US billions of dollars and killed thousands

• Increased possibility of nuclear war with Russia

• Traded an America-hating lesbian doper basketball player for a terrorist Russian arms dealer,
while leaving an American Marine in a Russian prison

• North Korea continuing to expand their nuclear enrichment and missile programs

• A stronger Iran increasing their funding for Hamas and Hezbollah

• China became more energy and militarily dominant

• A senile, angry, and incompetent president who fell off of a bicycle, fell up stairs, insulted
half the people in America, labeled people as "terrorists", divided the country, and tried to incite
a civil war.

It's an Election and Trump is questioning the legality of his Black/Brown opponent's citizenship.

I'm shocked!

When are you not going to be bitches about who you are?

So once again, the only hope the Democrats have is to use the dog whistle of "racism", hoping to instill enough fear and loathing into a small minority of voters, so that they might rise up and overwhelm the majority of Americans.

Is that pure Bolshevism or what? Do those idiot Democrats think they're living in 1920's Russia or something?

To be fair, Haley played the race card first and the funny part is it only works for dimocraps.

There is nothing Trump could do that would backfire with regard to his base. The deplorables would approve of him committing murder, assassinating his political opponents, trashing the Constitution, ending the rule of law. They WANT Trump to be an autocratic dictator because they are just that stupid.

I disagree, however, getting Trump back in office would make it better than it is under Biden since Biden made it worse.

I am not satisfied with just "better than Biden".

That is the mentality that got us to the point we are having to face Biden vs Trump II.

Worse than either one is not an option. People running for political off are always going to tell you what you want to hear, and it's all a crap shoot. At least we have known quantities with Trump and Biden.

The reality is that this is where we are. I am not against voting for a viable 3rd party candidate, but there are none currently.
