Well he shouldn't be. They're fading fast. Most Americans are now just viewing them as a bunch of lazy whiners. They haven't made a point. They're not saying anything. What do they want? Endless whining just doesn't go over real well in America. It just doesn't. It's not Western Europe. Is it only about the whining and the Entitlement mentality? If it is,most Americans will just call Bullshit on it and move on. They need to be more specific about what they want. Continued constant whining is only gonna piss more Americans off. What's IN the article is silliness.

All the impact OWS had was bad news for OWS. Tons of trash, turning parks into haz-mat sites. Disease, vermin, crime. They interrupted nothing, stopped nothing. Bank transfer day failed, interfereing in Black Friday failed, sales were higher than usual.

Then there is the raising awareness argument. They have created a conversation AMONG THEMSELVES of income inequality. No one else cares about their envy or how much they don't have. The perception of a typical OWS protester is someone crawling with lice, crusted with excrement, hand out demanding "stuff". This is not the image of someone likely to instill political fear.

What bailouts have protestors asked for? What government favoritism? Please provide a link, unless you're just parroting the gasbags on Fox (can't type "news" after Fox, cause it ain't).

For one, there were scores of signs requesting forgiving of student loans. I saw these with my own eyes. The vast majority of people I spoke with called themselves Socialists or "International Socialist", wherever the hell that means. Calling for redistribution of wealth away from some and towards the protesters is but another form of bailout. They wanted bailed out of the responsibility to pay the rent and feed themselves.

Bottom line, every protester I spoke with was looking for even BIGGER government intervention, not less. Fuck that.
